ARRGGHH

getting a little bit stressssed out! i've managed to sort of finish my interactive narrative.. the text is being a bit stupid but i though i may as well upload what I've done so far.. but it won't let me! it says it has to be a flash file.. I've tried it in flash it wont work and I've tried it in html and swf files like it was suggested! Very annoying...
Anyway here is a screen shot of part of my I.N!
